Drafts, unused concepts, and internal frameworks remain the intellectual property of Ecoprint Studio.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide timely feedback and approvals
Share required content, materials, and credentials
Ensure that provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
Project delays caused by client-side inaction may affect timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ecoprint Studio shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Business interruption
Loss of data due to third-party hosting or technical issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Third-Party Tools & Services
Projects may involve third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or APIs. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party service providers.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing.
Payments made prior to termination are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
For international clients, disputes shall first attempt to be resolved amicably before legal proceedings.
12. Modifications
Ecoprint Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
